Hello.

I live in town and have "stealth" chickens. I've had chickens for too many years to count. Last winter my little flock went to my friend's coop because I left for a few weeks and didn't have a carer so I'm back at the starting line with Buff Orpington chicks. I got a dozen straight run from TSC and it looks like 9 of them are roos but I ordered 6 from the farm store (and another roo) so I will be back to 9 hens this winter. This year I have also gotten cornish crosses!

We recently (Like 2 weeks ago) purchased 10 acres to begin building a self-sustainable farm. As of yet, we just wander around the woods trying to figure out the terrain.

The picture is me and my BFF. We were appropriately social distancing when she came to visit but I was so excited I had to take a picture!

I'm excited to read all the information and interact with like-minded people!
