Hi name is Anna and I started raising a small flock of hens between 6-10. It’s been very enjoyable but also very challenging. My first year was smooth very enjoyable. Second year I had two flocks that died on me. The first time was because of a hurricane which flooded my land and killed most of my flock. That same year when I started over with the second flock I had rescued a dog who ended killing my second flock. So with much patience the dog is slowly learning to leave my chickens alone. Today 6/13/20. I realized the two hens I purchased to add to my flock had a respiratory disease and it’s looking like I am going to have to put down my entire flock. I am just sticking to more reputable hatcheries once I decontaminate the two coops I have. My question is how long after decontamination do I wait to use my coop area again
