) Are you new to chickens / when did you first get chickens
I've owned ducks for a year now but am very new to chicken keeping. I first got chickens a few months back when we were chickensitting for a friend and fell in love. I wanted to keep a few to keep my duck company
(2) How many chickens do you have right now?
3 chickens and 2 pekin ducks
(3) What breeds do you have?
pekingese ducks . I don't know what my chickens are but they are small
(4) What are your favorite aspects of raising backyard chickens?
I love going and collecting eggs in the morning and having the feeling of being relied on by something
(5) What are some of your other hobbies?
I play tennis,scrapbook, garden and love baking
(6) Tell us about your family, your other pets, your occupation, or anything else you'd like to share.
I own 5 mixbreed dogs 1 cat many fish some bird other than my ducks and chickens and 2 bunnies
(7) Bonus: How did you find BYC, how long have you known about BYC, and what made you finally join our awesome community?
I found it when I got ducks and have wanted to join since but didn't know if it was safe
