Then after you get them, there is a whole lot more information on keeping them. Sorry I can't help you with your county laws. I don't even know where those counties are! Sounds like you already have some good suggestions on how to find that information.

I avoid HOA's like the plague!! When I bought my last two homes, I told my agent that when sh was pulling listings that if it had an HOA to throw it in the trash. Welcome to BYC. Find your new home in an area where you can have all the chickens you want.
