Hi all, we jumped into the backyard chicken game this March. Had plans to get 4 to start and we currently have 9,
Australorp
Light Brahma
Silver Laced Wyandotte
Americuna
Buff Orpington
Plymouth Rock
2 Silkies
And one surprise tiny chicken that we’re not sure of the breed- but definitely not a silkie, which was the plan.
Five of our girls have started laying and all of them are so funny to watch. One of our sillies turned out to be a rooster so we’re trying to find him a good home.
