Hey everyone! I’ve had chickens for quite a few years now but am by far no expert! I definitely still have to look things up to find the answer to my problems/ better solutions. I currently have 25 chickens which includes about 7 roosters and 19 laying hens. I also have 17 chicks currently .. planning on hatching more in the future. I’ve got quite a few different breeds .. some being California whites, Sapphire gems, Black jersey giants, etc. My favorite part about raising chickens is probably just watching them 
they can be quite the entertainment! Anyways I enjoy pretty much anything that relates to agriculture/ the self sustaining lifestyle. I ran across this group the past week or so when I had a sick chick ... which unfortunately passed. I figured since I’m planning on raising more this would be a good place to get help and ideas.
