Hi I’ma new member! I had a small flock of four. Two light Brahmas and two Buff Orpingtons. They taught me a lot. I lost them this winter in a fire and miss them so much. I’m getting ready to get another flock and am excited about having chickens again.

I am so sorry about that you lost your birds ; three of my first four were killed by a mink, and I thought I would never replace them because it hurt so much. Today, I have coops full of chickens (as well as ducks and geese), so clearly there is recovery!
