Hello I am a new member! I’m also new to raising chickens and ducks! We currently have 4 10 week old chickens thinking we ended up getting 2 hens and 2 roosters, even tho we picked from the female only bin! We also ended up picking up a single cayuga duckling that is 5 weeks old. He was the only one left and there was no way I could just leave him! We think he’s a male considering he’s 5 weeks and has not quacked once only chirps! I constantly find myself googling every questions I have about my new flock and slowly figured out everyone has their own way of raising chickens and ducks and different things do and don’t work for different people! Have found myself coming back to this page many times and finally decided to join! I’m very excited to find a place I can ask my specific questions and reading everyone’s opinions!
