Welcome to BYC! I wouldn't give her bread, most likely she will eat plain yogurt by itself. Bread has too many simple carbohydrates and can cause crop issues.

Welcome to BYC! You should make a thread dedicated to your hen, it seems like she needs some help.

She’s still hanging on. I’ve been feeding her grains with some yogurt. A crushed up baby aspirin - pieces each day. I’m also pushing water. She’s still not able to walk and just to hop along, hurts her I’m hoping she starts showing improvement or I’ll have to let her go. I don’t want her suffering or in pain much longer.
