Hello I live in Tucson I have had chickens for 5 years and we have Delaware red sexlink aurcauna those island red cinnamon queen buff and lavender Orpington polish for hens and a silkie rooster. my husband chose the silkie it’s his favorite chicken I thought he’d love the Delaware but he went for the tiniest chicken lol it’s cute. I love to garden knit and crochet. we go camping a lot my favorite thing to do. We also have pigs and dogs (husky’s and boxers). my husband has been wanting me to find his rooster a silkie girlfriend we are making a bantam chicken coop just for his silkie pair it’ll be right next to the other coop so they still feel part of a flock but also so when I get my husbands silkie roo a hen she can hatch babies for the flock
