I'm a new member and I have had chickens for about a year. Started with 4 and now I have 12. All rhode island reds. Starting to have health issues.

There is a respiratory infection going through my flock, plus I suspect bumblefoot on one hen. I have 10 capsules of amoxicillin that are 500 mg each. I also have 16 capsules of cephalexin that are 500 mg each. I weighed one bird so far who is worse off than the rest and is in a crate,
She weighs 4 lbs. I have not weighed the rest yet. Most are showing respiratory problems as well. I think I need to treat them all. I'm not sure how to go about doing that. I need advice. Should I medicate their water?
