Thank you and yes it is! With the cost of lumber at a lumber yard I went rough cut and cut the cost down to about a third! That was the product of recruiting help from 3 friends because im not carpenter and woulda gave up before having the floor framed lol. But this was a whole day working in the 93 degree swampy humidity in my area. I'm hoping to have it done by tomorrow afternoon.

Yes it is. Dimensional in my area is almost 9 bucks for a regular 2x4x8. By rough calculations I would have spent around $1500 to build from a lumber yard. Instead all in with this I've spend just over $500.Lumber is crazy expensive now. That was a good deal to go with the rough cut and save so much.
