Hello 
as of 3-25-21, I am new to raising chickens. I have 6 hens only for eggs. I've named them all Hanna, Sarah, Naomi, Ruth, Mary & Ester (all women of the Bible). I have (2) Barred Rocks (Plymouth Rock), (2) ISA Browns and (2) Midnight Majesty Marans. I love my chichens even though Hanna and Ruth are a little pushy about us collecting the eggs LOL. Hanna is my largest hen and is one of the Barred Rock chichens. Ruth is one of my ISA Brown hens. My feathered pets I've come to know as alway wanting to know what you are doing and they love their treats We live on 10 acres but, I do not let them free range. Outside of the wilderness predators, I have an Ausie and I do not trust her not to eat them. I love to garden, and have lots of flower beds. We camp and have a hand full of grandchildren. Our youngest grandchild now 7 months old is a blessing from God. He has down syndrome and is precious beyond belief I am pro-life and love our Lord Jesus Christ above.
