Welcome from New Orleans. I am very glad to meet you. When I was a child my Daddy used to duck hunt. So every year he was prepared to clean his wild ducks. Perhaps if you have someone in your community who hunts birds, they may be willing to help you. (Assuming you can't find a professional to clean them). Keep searching for now. I would even ask my pastor if he knows someone who bird hunts that you could talk to.I know my Daddy (God rest his soul) would have helped you with that.
