Hello, welcome to BYC. We have many of the same predators.
19ga 1/2" hardware cloth keeps out most predators, though I had a dog who made a small hole in it once, before I caught him.

@Kiki made a great point about building a coop over a tractor - while tractors might be easier to build, and it's nice to be able to move it around, a nice, sturdy coop will be better at protecting your flock from hungry predators, and will probably be the best choice in the long run.
