Hello all. I lead an organisation that fights hunger. We try to find non-conventional ways to help people how to find and eat qualitative food. One of these ways is raising chicken. It is not rocket science and also much fun.
I have been learning on how to raise chicken in the past 6 months and just three days ago, my first batch of incubation eggs hatched. Out of initially 58 eggs into the incubator, we ended up with 27 healthy chicks. We still have 6 eggs inside. This is how I came across BYC, while browsing online for help on raising chickens. We will install a coup and after we will help organisations do the same as us.
Blessings to everyone and thank you for this place.
