Chickhawk
Chirping
Hi,
I am a new member here from QC, Canada. I've had backyard chickens for about 20 years. For a long time, I've bought my hens from the feed store. About 2-3 years ago, I had enough of RSL being the only breed available there and I started looking around for new breeds. I started acquiring birds from individuals and I used this forum often trying to identify what I just bought. I also bought fertile eggs and an incubator and got pretty successful on my first try. Very addicting. I currently have 16 mature birds and 11 freshly hatched chicks.
Current breed I have (all hens)
Happy to be here.
