Welcome. I am sorry for your losses. Unfortunately, hawk(s) will keep coming back since it/they were successful. When my chickens are not in their hardware clothed fully enclosed runs, they are in my backyard which is now completely netted in. I netted after a hawk tried to grapple with one of my roosters. I heard it and ran out. After this, I netted in.
