Hi! I am a new chicken owner. We started with eight chicks. One turned into a Roo, so we had to say goodbye. Over the course of 2 years, we have lost 2 more. We don’t free range but try our best to keep things clean and well taken care of. 1 was sick, Vitamin B problems (?) and we nursed her back to health. She never recovered enough to lay again, but her legs are stronger. It’s hard to understand them sometimes, but I find them good layers and even entertaining! Thanks for adding me.
