Hello Everyone, I'm Robyn and live in Canton Georgia, about an hour NW of Atlanta. My boyfriend and I are buying a house in the coming months and I want a few chickens so I'm joining for my own education. My BFF has about 15 chickens and I love to watch them. For me, it's calming like watching fish in an aquarium. I save food scraps in a ziplock in my freezer and take them to my friend who has chickens so I can watch them eat. Fun fact: Her husband retired from Delta Airlines and he came home with a huge box of expired pretzels that Delta was going to throw away. They put them out for the chickens. They wouldn't touch them and these chickens eat everything!!!! People think I'm crazy when I'm at a restaurant and get food scraps off other people's tables after they've left. Thanks for letting me join! Now how do I get accepted on the Facebook group?
