(1) Are you new to chickens / when did you first get chickens? Not really but had them around when I was a little kid back in the late 2000s
(2) How many chickens do you have right now? Not exactly a chicken but an orphaned duckling where animal control in my area won't do a thing
(3) What breeds do you have?
As far as I know it's a Rouen duck but we don't know the gender so we named them Pepper
(4) What are your favorite aspects of raising backyard chickens? I think what's nice is seeing them free and having them around as companions. Chickens can be really lovely if you give them time. But never raised a duck before. Is it similar?
(5) What are some of your other hobbies? I do like to make some arts and crafts on spare time but all else I don't do much.
(6) Tell us about your family, your other pets, your occupation, or anything else you'd like to share.
I do have a 2 year old cat, she hasn't been aggressive towards any birds and is more indoor
(7) Bonus: How did you find BYC, how long have you known about BYC, and what made you finally join our awesome community?
Well I was needing advice on how to raise a duckling properly as I'm new to this and I haven't raised chickens in ages but have some memories.
