You've been given some great advice above. Expect some jostling and arguments for a couple of months after integration. I like to put out more food and water stations so the new ones don't get bullied away when getting sustenance, the older flock can't guard them all.

There shouldn't be any blood shed if integrated properly however if it gets to this point, always intervene. And don't be afraid to cage a bully for a while so the new birds can adapt to their new surroundings easier.
