Hello and welcome! As others have pointed out id say skip coops bought from stores- often a coop you build will be better suited to your needs and will last longer! having said that if you need a coop that will stand up well and leave room for any future additions I would suggest a shed! we don't free range due to hawks and predators but have large sheds that serve as coops with automatic doors that lead to large runs we have built! When building hardware cloth is best! Also make sure your aware of ordinances and if you can't have roosters account for that when buying chicks! Also check out the learning center!
