Hi everyone! I've always loved and had chickens. Ever since I was about 5 years old, I had two RIR Hens. I've had Hampshire reds, New Orpingtons, and some Bantams that I'm not quite sure the breed was. Currently, I own 9 Hens and 1 Rooster. 3 polish, 1 Wheaten old English Bantam, 3 silkies, 2 RIR, and an Orange Orpington. My favorite thing about raising chickens is their friendly personality. I can sit outside and watch my chickens scratch all day lol. I can even say I prefer them over dogs. Some other hobbies I have besides raising chickens are playing videogames or drawing in my sketchbook. I have other pets too, I currently have 3 Frenchie's, and English bulldog, 1 maltipoo, and 1 ragdoll cat. I am currently going to college at the moment but other than that I have no occupation. BONUS: I found this website by constantly googling how to be a better chicken owner lol and fell in love with this site.
