Hello, I'm a new chicken mama. I just started raising chickens this April. I currently have 16 chickens. With six new additions added to an existing ten. We purchased a straight run of 10, and we believe we have eight roosters out of that 10! Would be our luck! So I recently purchased six 7 week old pullets that are females. And plan on rehoming seven roosters so I will only have 10 when it's said and done. One racer and nine hens. I currently have no knowledge other than what I've been reading on this page to try to catch up on what I'm doing. So just wanted to introduce myself, say that I'm new to this, and will probably ask a lot of questions.
