I am new to the forum. We have chickens and have bow ran into changes city ordinances and challanges. I live in Bellevue, Ne and the biggest challenge is to get a permit in now have to be a member of 4h or a similar organization for them to even accept the application.

Hello! Well that is not what we want to hear! I recall some others from Bellevue, NE that are going through the same issue. I hope with some collaboration, you are able to get the ordinance/licensing hoopla resolved and happy chicken-keeping is restored.
