Very minor, I would just leave it a!one! She may or may not lose a tiny bit of the individual tips of her comb. Just keep an eye on it!
 
Does anyone think this is associated with the frost bite?
No. She may be stressed. Have you ever had CRD (chronic respiratory disease) in your flock?
When my flock is exposed to excess stress, I put electrolytes with probiotics in their fermented mash every 2 to three days with lots of fresh water. That will help their bodies cope with stress.
