Very minor, I would just leave it a!one! She may or may not lose a tiny bit of the individual tips of her comb. Just keep an eye on it!

Ok thank u. I meant to take pics last night but it gets dark round 430 and they were in their coop which is big enough for them I can't fit inside it lol.

No. She may be stressed. Have you ever had CRD (chronic respiratory disease) in your flock?
When my flock is exposed to excess stress, I put electrolytes with probiotics in their fermented mash every 2 to three days with lots of fresh water. That will help their bodies cope with stress.
