My husband introduced me to this forum. After digging around in the 'what breed or gender is this?' I decided to join.
I grew up with chickens and used to complain everyday as a kid about having to gather eggs. Now, all grown up, or mostly, I've bought my own chickens and I don't complain because I love the feathered beasts. I included all of my critters in my signature. I also can't wait to start hatching out my own chicks in the spring! I'll finally have the mixed, colorful, friendly flock I always wanted.
Aside from my chickens I love training dogs, using operant conditioning (clicker training). I love training them tricks and tend to slack on the important stuff like come and heel lol. My true passion (besides animals in general) is horses, specifically Friesians. Unfortunately at the moment (and for the first time in my life) I'm without a horse, but I'm working on fixing that.
Anyway, I've really enjoyed what I've read so far and can't wait to learn more.
