Are you new to chickens / when did you first get chickens?
We got our chickens in the winter of 2003. They were raised by the fireplace in a dog crate by our daughters. Needless to say, they are pets.
How many chickens do you have right now?
Right now we have three. One is sick, possibly a sour crop.
How did you find out about BackYardChickens.com?
My sister built a coop and got chickens this year. Your book and website are her 1st references.
What are some of your other hobbies?
I'm a photographer, artist and a hooker (Rugs that is)

We have three children all in college, so the chickens, dogs, cat and other critters are all mine now
