Where are you? Can you tell us something about your situation (chicken-wise that is)?

I'm a relative newbie to this site. Got my 12 chickens in May and started getting eggs the last Sunday of October. I haven't had chickens for nigh unto 25 years until I decided it was time to get some eggs and meat for myself now that I retired.
