Hi everybody! I've spent the last hour plus reading a lot of posts from the Nevadans list!
I wanted to introduce myself and join that chat list. My name is Carolyn Redmond and I live in Fallon, NV. We moved here just this last summer. My daughter, Ariel, and I raise some endangered breeds of chickens which we just LOVE! I raise large fowl blue andalusians and my daughter raises large fowl golden campines. We are also planning to get some Delawares this spring to raise for meat purposes.
Our goal is show quality and we've made good progress over the past 6 or 7 years (however long its been now!) lol! Planning to make andalusian bantams... have a plan in the works.
Hope to meet some of you at least online. I'll be going to the Stockton show next weekend and hope to come home with some new feather farmers!
