Hi All!
I am new to BackYard chickens, but very excited to join!
We currently live in the Kansas City Metro area. My husband and I grew up on rural WI, both on farms. It's been years since we've owned chickens, but are looking forward to our little laying "flock" here in urban-world.
I have a brother who is a chicken enthusiast back home, so he is also a great resource for us.
We also raise a sizable garden. We are country kids who are going urban gardener/farmer
