Hi. I am new to chicken keeping. I have had my four speckled girls for 7 weeks now and they are 20 weeks old. Still not laying but lots of fun. They are very different personalities. Little Josie is the tamest and will sit on my knee. Florry is the timid one, Agnes is the biggest girl with really soft feathers and Leyla is the pretty one.I have a lot to learn but am enjoying reading about them on Backyard chickens.
