Welcome to BYC. Make sure that you don't also need the license to keep the wild ducks. As a dumb kid I applied for a license AFTER obtaining a pair of wood ducks. Fish and Wildlife officials came and seized the ducks. The only reason I was not fined was that I was a juvenile.

Sourland -Curently in mn you do not need a licence to have them just a recipt that shows you baught them from someone licenced. The olny time you need a licence is if you sell or give them away.
