Hello --- finally joined BYC today. I have been visiting the site for about a year now but I have finally joined. I am located in Maryland, right above Frederick. I have a small flock of 14 chickens and am definitely going to be expanding that number this year. I first got into chickens when someone dropped an entire flock of them on my property that I discovered while walking my dogs. We then spend an exciting few days trying to round up chickens. And I have been hooked ever since.
I have joined because I have questions about a hen that I guess I will post in the emergency section.
