Just wanted to introduce myself. We've been raising chickens for a few years. We have laying hens (various breeds), roosters, guinea fowl, ducks. Every spring we get turkeys and Cornish Cross chickens. This year I intend to add bobwhite quail to our list of birds. I'm also thinking about a few goslings. 3 weeks ago we got 50 new chickens. A few of them are laying hens for my mom's coop. I also got some laying hens (andalusians, barred rock and black australorps) as well as 26 roosters (barred rock and andalusians). We're not just a poultry farm but we also raise pigs and sheep. I'll be adding 2 goats to the mix this spring and bees (and if we get around to fencing in more pastures, some cattle) 
We also garden and do our own butchering. I've been lurking around for a while but decided to join as I'm pretty sure I'm getting boring to all my facebook friends with my constant poultry pictures
