Hello everyone and a special thanks to BackYardChickens for providing such a great forum. We are in the process of establishing a small organic farm and have wanted to include chickens. This year we made the plunge and could not be happier. The girls have grown up so quick and each with their own unique personality. My favorite is Xena, a Buff Orpington who just wants to sit in your lap all day, while my husband's is Suzie, who was the runt of the litter (not a runt any more) who makes up for it with her comical antics. Thanks and look forward to being part of the family
