Hello everyone,

We wanted to thank everybody on this site for all of your helpful information and introduce ourselves.

My son was hatching chickens in his gifted class at school. My wife and my son both wanted to keep some chickens so I had to figure out what to do about keeping them.

I found this site and learned what I needed to do to build a coop and run as well as find out how to care for the chickens. I am sure that will be an ongoing process as they get older but I am glad we have this site to help us out.
