Well, we did have 13 chicks, now we have 16 chicks and we are at week 6 of their little lives. We have one problem, out of the 16, we can't figure out who is who. We have 14 different breeds, 2 each of Ameraucana and R.I. Reds. Now most of these can know, like our White Crested Black Polish, very obvious! But we have a Giant Black Jersey that looks just like one of our Ameraucana's. We also have a Buff Brahma that looks just like one of the Rhode Island Reds; and to make it worse, the other R.I. Red doesn't look like any chicken we've seen. I've tried to upload pictures of the questionable chicks (they now look like teenagers), but can't seem to get them on this site. So if someone can tell me how to do that and then maybe we could identify my chicks! Help.

Opps, just found out I can't post pictures until we've been members for a while, so I guess we're stuck without pictures until then!

Thanks for all the welcomes, we love our chickens! All the varieties are so much fun. We put a little 2 person slider chair outside the run and we just go back and have "chicken time". The changes are unbelievable in just 6 weeks. They almost all look like full grown chickens, except for the size!
