Australorps are a wonderful breed to keep. Definitely keep bullies separated if they are becoming violent. Bald butts generally mean feather plucking from the others. Make sure they have enough room, cramped chickens become aggressive and if your roost bars are one bar higher than the other, the bird below may be pulling feathers.

We never figured out why our girl lost her feathers. It was a year before she got feathers. She completely molted. I mean naked!!! Fortunately it was summer. When her feathers came in she had the prettiest butt! Lol! She has never lost feathers like that again and is quite the girl with attitude now.
