My hobby farm is in Edgewood, NM in the Sandia Mountains east of Albuquerque. Hoping to connect with other folks who keep chickens, turkeys, pheasants, goats or any other fun farm animals to socialize, learn and maybe buy/swap birds with.

Hi Wendy,

Looks like your post is almost a year old now, but I just joined this site and I wanted to reach out. We too are in Edgewood but we are very very new to raising chickens. I was hoping to meet some experienced chicken keepers, learn a thing or two, and hopefully make some new friends. We just purchased our home off Dinkle road in September of last year after moving from Washington state. So while we love the privacy of Edgewood, we do kind of long for new friends. Take care!

Hellooo New Mexicans! I live in Belen, and we just keep a small flock of chickens and a pair of pigeons. Just found this site this week and everyone's so nice!
