Just a quick "howdy-do":
Brand new to this, I am frantically building a coop for the new chicks.
Of the 5 chicks I purchased April 30th at TSC, it looks like I have 2 hens and 3 roosters. I'll be keeping (tractor cooping) the hens, and relocating the roosters to a horse farm in the country where they can run and play in the fields -- an actual one! I swear!
)
It's getting hot out, and they're getting... um... just a little big for the box in my living room any more! LOL
I'm one of you now!
I (and my cats ∑:x) have been having good fun with this whole endeavor, and can't wait for my yummy, healthy (and increasingly expensive - LOL ) eggs. :>
OK... You busted me... They are really my relatively inexpensive back yard pets... that just happen to lay yummy, healthy (mmm) eggs.
I've been spending a lot of time here @BYC lately, and have gotten a lot of great information out of it. Than'X Y'all!!
However, I do still have a pressing question about:
"Choice of light weight mobile coop siding material?"
Though the title is fairly self explanatory, If you have a moment, take a peek.
Take care and,
Thanks again!
