new mother turkey not looking so good

hi, wondering if anyone can help please? Tilly now has 3 x 1week old chicks who are doing brilliant however Tilly looks under the weather lethargic and her poo is like water. They are in a small area of the garden and the chicks are little jumping beans but i'm wondering if i should let them have access to the whole of the garden so that Tilly can forage. There is obviously clean water, pellets and chick crumb which she is tending to eat, i throw suet pellets in and dried meal worms which she will normally eat however today she hasn't bothered. Has anyone any ideas please?

Has she been wormed with something like Safeguard? Can you take her to a vet?
