That is an old kitchen cabinet we took off of the garage wall. We just pulled off the back panel and used it as a templet to cut a hole in the wall, hubby moved a couple 2x's and then hung the cabinet up (with other modifications....) We are outside of AnnArbor
The landing perch is pretty solid, I will keep an eye on it though. I guess I will add more for the bottom, I didn't think I would need it since it is so close to the ground. Thanks for the heads up.
