Ok so I now have 2 nests of Muscovy eggs. One is going to hatch next week. Now the other hens have been laying eggs in a collective nest for the last 2 weeks, actually a little longer than 2 weeks, but no one is sitting on it yet. Ive been numbering the eggs and putting them on the calendar. Will hens go broody at the same time? Should I take some of the eggs out? We have really been wanting to let everything happen naturally but should I get an incubator? I just don't know... Any advice??

Hens can go broody at the same time, yes.
2-week-old eggs probably don't have the best hatch rate. I'd get rid of those.
Yes, you should probably get an incubator if you want more eggs. Waiting for broodies isn't a terribly reliable method.
