Hello, I realized I forgot to introduce myself when I joined last Saturday!

Feel free to call me Qopt, as that is the alias I use on most online platforms.
I am a student living on an island in Western Washington.
I am working towards getting a bachelor degree in Human Resources :^)!

I joined BYC because I am starting to raise a small flock of 5 Barnevelder chickens, and I wanted a platform were I could ask questions and learn new things!
I am hoping to make new friends, learn a lot, and possibly even help some people when I become more educated!

I am really excited to be a member of this community, everybody on this site are just so wonderful, smart and kind! I am really happy I decided to make an account :^D!

Their feathers are starting to come in and show their patterns! I am really excited to see them fully feathered. ! They're such a nice breed.
