My name is Raspberry (I have a legal name, mononym) I have been a member of this forum for some time, but have not posted in a long while and well, had to reenter as Raspberry, Raspberry. I am from the west coast but just recently moved to MN! Burr. I have raised poultry off and on throughout my life. You name it, I have likely had it at one time or another. Especially in my youth. I am not 55 and retired and sorta working n my farm. LOL. I have a few laying hens, want to get black Javas, and raise Cornish Cross for meat. I have a trio of Slate Turkeys, two years old, and just recently got 24 grey Indian Runner Ducklings. Man, do they ever go through the water! I will be getting some African goose eggs later this Spring, for hatching. Exhibition quality.
I have owned and raised Dairy goats, Nubians since 1975. With a break in there when I was in college. I love gardening. I have joined this group to learn more about poultry and to connect with other folks who enjoy the same.
