Received 28 chicks from MM yesterday. 27 alive and healthy. This will be something new to me. They are in a brooder in unheated building. Snow forcast and 30 degrees this weekend. Never raised chicks in the cold before. They should have feathers before it gets and stays really cold. May have to keep heat lamp on them longer than normal. 6 BR, 6 RIR, 6 Austolope, 8 BO, 1 ??
