Hello - my name is Tom.
I am entering the world of Peafowl. I just got my first pair.
I live in AZ - I have always wanted some Peas but this is the first chance I have had to actually have some. Just have always been fascinated with them.
I have been reading threads here for some time now - even prior to me getting my pair. There is a ton of great information on the site and I just decided it was time to join.
I have five Great Danes (all one family - mom, dad and three children). Right now the pups and the birds are my main hobbies - I also enjoy gardening / growing things. It took a bit of work to get the pups and the birds used to each other - but it all worked out. Especially because my birds are penned.
I have a lot more to learn and this seems like a great place to learn it. Thanks for all the great information posted here.
