We’ve only had him for 4 days. Could he be sick from being in the pen with the young turkeys and laying hens? Should I Medicate everybody to be safe?

I'm using Tylon50 for my Peacock and Pea Hens swollen faces. It works great. 2cc injection in the breast for 4 days. Size 22 3/4 needle.
